Don't feel bad, we aren't going either looks like. We won't be going to the big DROH party unless the Mommy gets better..the first day it gots cold around here she gets a cold. She won't let any of us go to the big Halloweiner Barkday Party for everybody, including Lorenza, unless we all go.
Mona is disappointed, Toby only wants to go to the Barkday party so he gets a chance to love on Lorenza, Jacks didn't want to be a HOBO anyway and Evander could care less.
Rowan- I have a puppy prayer request for you and your online pals:
As you know, we are from Southern California (San Diego County). Well, there's lots of fires there and we haven't heard from our family in over 12 hours. We're scared.
Please say prayers for our family and all of the other humans and animals that are scared and in danger.
You must be Very Brave. It is a Scary Time when there is a Fire. I will pray that all of you, all the dogs and cats and hamsters and bunnys and guinea pigs and sea urchins will be OK.
Please let us know if we can help.
Rowan,
Now it is 32 Days, right?? That is a long time but not as long as before.
right, dear Grendel, all us animals who are safe today should woof, purr, squeek, cheep, or otherwise contact THE Guardian on behalf of the animals who are in harms way. And, since we have a more direct line to the divine, it probably wouldn't hurt for us to mention the humans too.
Yes, I think we are down to 32 days. I'll have to check with my guardian for sure. She's real smart on liner, finite, things. Poor dear.
Scout, I wish I could play with you too. I would like to meet all my dog friends but for now I'll just woof a prayer of thanks that you have all extended the paw of friendship.

I'm sorry you can't go trick-or-treating, Rowan. But at least you'll be free by Thanksgiving, right?

Yeah, I'm going to miss the big party too. It's a big disappointment but I'll be able to finish the year with some big adventures and good times.
Love,

Rowan -- I couldn't leave a comment on your St. Francis post, but he must have been a very great saint! It looks like you had loads of fun.
Wish I could have fun with you.
